Our agenda is quite simple:

Opening remarks and introductions

  1. Perhaps one or two people from each division can summarize their current situation and organization.
  2. Review the rules and parameters of the day

Open Space Discussions

  1. Breakout into interest groups based on the burning questions from each school division
  2. Record notes for each session using Jotlive

Follow Up and Wrap Up


Times are always flexible but in general this is what it might look like:
10:00 Welcome and Introductions
10:15 Review rules and principles of Open Space
10:30 Session 1
11:30 Session 2
12:15 Lunch
1:00 Session 3
2:00 Session 4
3:00 Wrap Up

*Each session will have 3 or 4 topics. However, topics may spill over into the next session.
